Schitt’s Creek motel up for sale

  • 0

(CNN) -- The motel made famous by TV's "Schitt's Creek" is up for sale.

The ten-room motel in Ontario was the setting for the aforementioned Emmy-sweeping series in which a wealthy family becomes bankrupt and must relocate to the rural town and live in the dilapidated motel.

Fans of the Eugene Levy show know the property as "The Rosebud Motel," but it's real name is the Hockley Motel.

The motel includes more than 6 acres of land and backs up to a waterway, the Nottawasaga River.

Interested parties better start saving, the property is being listed for $1.5 Million.
