Residents of High Street are now concerned and scared for their safety.

"Very scared, very scared. I mean, being that it's just right across the road, you never know when something is gonna happen. I mean, my family is my life and it's terrifying," said resident Nova Palmer.

ISP has yet to identify the victim, but family members identified her as Meredith.

Her grandmother gave a statement to News 3, saying quote:

"Mishealia was a beautiful sweet girl. You just couldn't ask for a sweeter person, always had a smile on her face. She loved life."
