Shooting in Carbondale leaves one injured

CARBONDALE (WSIL) --  Carbondale Police are investigating a shooting on the 300 block of South University Avenue.

Police said the shooting happened at 3:40 a.m. on Saturday in a parking lot.

The investigation revealed there were likely multiple shooters.

A witness did not want to go on camera but told News 3 he heard at least 10 gun shots.

One person was shot multiple times and was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
