WSIL -- Clouds cleared out this morning leaving with us nice sunny afternoon. However, temperatures were a bit chilly topping out in the 50s, well below normal.
Winds will shift back out of the south southwest tomorrow warming highs back into the upper 70s but the chance for rain will also return. Light rain will move through the region tomorrow morning but won't be a complete washout. The best chances for morning showers will be focused in our northwestern counties, including Perry, Jackson, Randolph and Washington. Keep the rain gear on standby.
Heavier more widespread rain and thunderstorms chances return by midweek.
Meteorologist Nick Hausen will be back with the latest update tomorrow morning on News 3.
