GNC Women's Iron Supplements recalled

Posted: Updated:

WSIL -- GNC is recalling more than 750,000 packages of Women's Iron Complete Dietary Supplement (60 caplets) because the packaging does not meet federal regulations for child resistant packaging.

The blister packs can be opened by children, and if ingested by a child, these supplements could cause serious injury or death. If you have these in your house, make sure they are out of reach of children. The recalled dietary supplement is in a white box with "Women's Iron Complete" printed on the front in gray and red font. The box contains blister packets with a total of sixty caplets and was sold from September 2000 - August 2018.

If you have any unused pills, you can take them to any GNC for a refund. If you have any questions about the recall, you can call GNC at 888-462-2548, or you can email by clicking here.
