FRANKLIN CO., Ill. -- A former employee at a Franklin County pharmacy accuses the owner of forcing employees to kiss her on the lips in order to get their paychecks.
That's just one of several claims laid out in a 27 page federal civil lawsuit against Joyce Fogleman, owner of J & S Pharmacy in West Frankfort.
In the lawsuit, the former employee, Wendy Blades, also accuses Fogleman of spanking employees for punishment, and walking around the pharmacy naked.
Blades claims she had to seek medical attention, because of the quote, "sexually hostile work environment" after which Fogleman fired her.
In an interview with Newsweek, Fogleman calls the claims completely false.
