Restaurant Report Card: Pizza joints (September scores)

WSIL -- This week we're checking out local pizza restaurant scores. These are inspections done in September. 

In Jackson County. Italian Village in Carbondale got a 92. No critical violations were found, but some equipment needed to be replaced and some areas needed to be cleaned better. Martel's Pizza in Murphysboro received an 89. There wasn't enough bleach in the cleaning buckets at the time of the inspection.

Mimmo's Pizza in Carterville got a 95 from the Williamson County inspector. Pizza and Pasta Express received a 92 and the Marion location of Mackie's was a point lower. T-Moe's Pizza in Johnston City received an 88. Five points were taken away because a certified manager was not on duty. Several cleaning issues were also noted.
