WSIL -- We begin this week in Williamson County. Country Cupboard in Carterville received an 88. There were no critical violations found during the September check.

The Jackson County inspector gave the Carbondale location of Steak 'n Shake a 92. Five points were lost in a critical violation found. It was because three different spray bottles were not labeled with what was inside them. Some burger covers needed to be rewashed because they had food debris.
That was a two point loss.
