Culver's coming to Carbondale

Posted: Updated:

CARBONDALE-- A Culver's is expected to locate at the intersection of Route 13 and Reed Station Road.

City leaders say they've seen a lot excitement for the new business and that the location is perfect for the company.

"I think that particular property fits with the business model of Culver's, they need a certain site size and traffic counts, they like to be at a major intersection," said city manager Gary Williams.

The city will vote on whether to approve the latest construction plan at Tuesday's city council meeting.
