Blue can't serve on city council

MARION -- Mayor Anthony Rinella confirms to News 3 Monte Blue will not be able to serve on the Marion City Council.

There is an issue with where Blue lives.

Rinella says Doug Patton will be sworn in on  Monday to fill the city council seat.
