Hamilton County, Vienna pick up regional wins

DU QUOIN --  Hamilton County and Vienna picked up semifinal wins at the Du Quoin girls 2A regional Tuesday, earning spots in Thursday night's championship game.

The top seeded Lady Foxes held off the hosts in the opening game of the night 51-42, with the Lady Eagles beating West Frankfort 55-43 in the nightcap.

Hamilton County and Vienna will square off Thursday at 7:00 for the title.
