Harrisburg fire crews battle two overnight fires

HARRISBURG -- The Saline County coroner has confirmed several people have died after an early morning house fire.

They aren't releasing any more details at this time. We don't know how many people were killed.

We've also received reports from witnesses that one person jumped from the second story window of the home, but that has not been confirmed. 

Two people were also inside the home when the fire on Shaw Street broke out, but they were able to get out safely. 

We'll continue to update you on this still developing story.

HARRISBURG -- It's been a busy morning already for firefighters in Saline County. Crews have responded to two overnight fires. 

The first is in the 300 block of Pacific Street in Harrisburg. News 3's Dave Davis says the Saline County coroner is on the scene, but no other details are being made public at this time. That happened just before 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The second fire is on Shaw Street. No word at this time on any injuries.

There has been no cause released on either fire either. Stay with News 3 on air and online for updates.
