Shots fired in Herrin neighborhood

HERRIN -- Neighbors reported hearing approximately three gunshots Sunday in the area of 11th and Bryan Streets.

Officers say nobody got hurt.

Witnesses say a silver vehicle speed away from the scene around 5:10 p.m.

Herrin Police, Energy Police, and the Williamson County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Herrin Police at (618) 942-4132.
