WSIL -- We have several animals looking for a forever home in our Pets of the Week segment this week. 

Kiara is a one year old Carolina Dog mix. She is a bundle of joy and has already been spayed. You can find her at the Humane Society of Southern Illinois in Murphysboro.

Skittles is a four year old chihuahua . Her adoption fee is $100 and that includes spay, microchip and vaccines. Contact St. Francis CARE in Murphysboro to meet Skittles.

Callie is a beagle who is about five years old. She's available at Jefferson County Animal Control in Mt. Vernon.

Wayne County Animal Control has a twofer, they'd like for a heeler and pitbull to be adopted together. Both dogs are reportedly very friendly.

Sove is a cat up for adoption at Friends of Herrin Animal Control. He is neutered and friendly.
