Stabbing suspect now faces 1st degree murder charge

CARBONDALE -- A  Jackson County woman police say stabbed her boyfriend to death on Thanksgiving is now charged with first degree murder.

A grand jury indicted Rebecca Valentine on first degree murder charges
.
Investigators say Valentine stabbed Reginal Glispie inside the apartment the two shared. Glispie later died at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

Valentine meanwhile remains in jail. 

She'll be officially arraigned December 12.
