Man arrested after courthouse bomb threats

FRANKLIN CO. -- A Johnston City man faces two counts of disorderly conduct for a bomb threat that closed a pair of courthouses.

Investigators say Robert E. Bell, 59, called 911 and claimed a bomb was inside the Franklin County Courthouse.

The initial threat was vague enough to prompt the Williamson County Courthouse to evacuate as well.
