Crash in Saline County sends both parties to hospital

SALINE CO. -- A Friday afternoon crash led to two people being sent to the hospital. 

The incident happened around 4:00 p.m. on Route 13 near Christy Lane in Saline County.

26-year-old Tiffany Drake, of Harrisburg, rear-ended another vehicle driven by 65-year-old Phyllis Bradley, of Junction, according to a press release from District 19 Illinois State Police.

Police did not release any information about their conditions.

Drake was cited for failure to reduce speed.
