Woman charged with DUI after Interstate 64 crash

JEFFERSON COUNTY -- A Columbia, Illinois woman is accused of driving under the influence this morning on Interstate 64 when she crashed into a parked car early Wednesday morning.

A spokesperson from the Illinois State Police Department tells News 3 that Regina L. Dillard, 33, of Columbia, was driving eastbound on Interstate 64. Around milepost 70 Dillard hit a Toyota that was broken down in the left lane. 

The people that were traveling in the Toyota were outside of the vehicle when Dillard collided with it.

Dillard received minor injuries in the crash. She's cited for driving under the influence of alcohol.
