9 arrested in Massac County drug sweep

MASSAC COUNTY -- Nine people were arrested in Massac County for offenses related to illegal drug distribution.

The arrests were part of an operation conducted by the Illinois State Police and the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force. Authorities anticipate more arrests will be made in connection with this investigation.

Those arrested:

  • Glenda A. Cozzie, 44, Metropolis- Delivery of Methamphetamine
  • Cody L. Durrett, 19, Metropolis- Delivery of Methamphetamine
  • Blake A. Lynch, 24, Metropolis- Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Ray G. Lee, 56, Metropolis- Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Jeremy L. Lynch, 27, Metropolis- Possession of a Weapon by a Felon
  • Jeremy M. Goins, 27, Metropolis- Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Austin L. Cherry, 20, Metropolis- Delivery of a Controlled Substance
  • Austin W. Little, 19, Metropolis- Delivery of Methamphetamine
  • Melissa M. Skinner, 47, Metropolis- Delivery of a Controlled Substance
