Personal injury crash in Randolph County leads to DUI

RANDOLPH CO. -- A Randolph County man was issued a DUI after he crashed his motorcycle while trying to pass a vehicle on the Route 3.

Illinois State Police said it happened Friday night around 9:15 p.m. near Black Jack Road.

They said Lee Keuker, 27 of Prairie du Rocher, was driving his motorcycle northbound on Route 3 when he attempted to pass another vehicle in a no passing zone. 

Keuker then lost control of the motorcycle and crashed. 

He sustained minor injuries, according to police. 

Police said he was under the influence of alcohol, and he received a DUI. 

Keuker was also cited with driving with a revoked license and improper passing.
