POPE CO. -- Pope County Sheriff Jerry Suits is asking people to be on the lookout for a stolen tractor.

He said it is worth about $50,000.

A contractor who mows for a rural electric company had both the tractor and a Brown's Cutter Mower stolen this week.

It was last seen Wednesday night near Highway 146 and the Pope-Hardin County line.

If you saw anything suspicious, call the Pope County Sheriff's Office.
