Callie On The Job: New You Body Sculpting

Posted: Updated:

MARION -- Some people have tried every weight loss method in the book but still aren't seeing results. Callie learns about new technology aimed at speeding up the process in this week's Callie On The Job.

Weight loss comes from a combination of eating healthy and exercise. New You Body Sculpting is using technology and nutrition to help speed up the process in a healthy way.

Dr. Bobbie Whitacre and her team start their patients on a nutrition system including detox methods. Then they use light therapy. The LED lights put tiny pores into the fat cell, then it pushes the toxins and fatty acids into the blood stream. A mask is also placed on the patient to help tighten up the face and neck.

While the patient undergoes light therapy they listen to brain tapping, which helps with the psychological side of weight loss.

After 20 minutes of light therapy, the patient does whole body vibration. This technology, used by NASA, speeds up the metabolism by providing 300 muscle contractions per minute.

After 15 minutes of the vibrating machine, the patient heads to the Sauna Jump for another type of exercise. This allows the patient to excrete some of the toxins out through the skin.
