ANNA -- Shawnee Community College is offering a new course in June. The Better Process Control School is a 4-day course approved by the FDA.
This course certifies supervisors of thermal processing systems; acidification and container closure evaluation programs for low acid acidified foods in closed containers. So people who can or pickle foods for sale like at farmers markets must take the course.
