Postponed: Weather Pushes Back Playoff Basketball

WSIL -- Several IHSA boys and girls playoff basketball games have been postponed due to inclement weather in southern Illinois Thursday.

The Massac County girls sectional final game against Breese Mater Dei at Waterloo High School has been pushed back to Saturday at 3 p.m.

The Egyptian/Century boys regional semifinal game at Meridian will now be played Friday night at 7:30 p.m. The regional final game between Meridian and the winner of Egyptian-Century will take place Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

The Steeleville/Sesser-Valier regional semifinal game at Waltonville High School has been pushed back to Friday night at 7:30 p.m. The regional final game between Christopher and the winner of Steeleville/Sesser-Valier will now be played Saturday night at 7 p.m.

At Zeigler-Royalton, the Tornadoes regional semifinal game with Thompsonville will be played Friday night at 7:30 p.m. The winner will face Goreville in the regional final Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
