CARBONDALE-- 12-year-old leukemia survivor and Anna-native Natalie Marshall is organizing another toy drive to benefit young cancer patients. Last year, while still battling cancer, Natalie used her own Christmas money to buy toys. With the help of the Southern Illinois community, she collected more than 1,000 toys that went to kids at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

Now healthy and cancer-free, Natalie is continuing her mission of cancer awareness and help. She's asking the community to bring a toy to SIU arena on or before Saturday, February 23rd's Saluki basketball game with Miami of Ohio.
