BENTON -- The host Rangers dismantled Johnston City hammering the Indians 52-29, Tuesday night, to advance to the Class 2A Benton regional championship game on Friday night, in the regional's semifinals .

Benton had no issues with Johnston City, pleasing the home crowd with the blow out victory and into the Friday's championship game where they will face the winner of the other regional semifinal matchup between Du Quoin and Hamilton County who tip off Wednesday at 7pm at the Rich Herrin Gymnasium.
