Writer's Push Workshops Starting

Writer's Push Workshops Starting in Southern Illinois
Get motivated, get started, get published

Writer's Push is starting ongoing workshops in Southern Illinois that are intended to push writers toward their writing goals. Workshops focus on the practical use of techniques that increase skills, motivate writers to write, and propel them forward toward completing, if not publishing their work.

Writer's Push Workshops are open to writers who are serious about their efforts, whether amateur or professional, and regardless of writing genre. Participants learn techniques to enhance their work and then practice these techniques during workshops. Writers who want ongoing guidance and feedback may join an Open Forum (after attending the Essential Techniques for Writers Workshop). Each Open Forum starts with attention to a particular technique and then gives participants an opportunity to practice it so they can apply it to their own material. Open Forums also allow time for facilitated review of and feedback on personal work from other writers in the group.

Workshops and Open Forums start in May. Pre-registration required by May 7st. Some workshops are available as webinars.
