Hospital Report Card Act

WSIL-TV- It's a decision few take lightly, choosing a hospital.

Now Illinoisans can access information about hospital performance online thanks to the Hospital Report Card Act.

Information such as average charges, mortality rates, complications and hospital associated infections; are gathered and posted by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
