Murphysboro Woman Killed in Crash
Deputies say Lori Maramba, 35, was driving west on Route 149 in DeSoto when she crossed into the eastbound lanes and hit a pickup truck.
Three people in that truck, David and Kim McRoberts and a child were taken to Memorial Hospital of Carbondale for their injuries.
Maramba died at the scene.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. Thursday and crews had to close Route 149 for about an hour and a half.
