Sesser Lounge Burglarized

Play Video
FRANKLIN COUNTY- A husband and wife are accused of burglarizing a Franklin county bar over the weekend, Police say the couple kicked in the door of the Sesser Bank Lounge and stole alcohol and cigarettes.

Around town it's known as the Sesser Bank and early Sunday morning the local drinking hole was burglarized. More than 500-dollars worth of liquor, cigarettes, cash and free drink chips were missing from the bar, Now it sits in the Sesser Police Department as evidence.

Sesser Police Chief, Rob Barrett, says all this evidence was recovered from the home of 25-year-old Nathan Threewitt and his 22 year old wife, Brandi, " They'd apparently been in the establishment earlier that evening and had apparently- allegedly ost a set of keys or some articles of that nature and stated they just wanted to get back in to get their property".

But bartenders at the Lounge say the Threewitts stole the exact alcohol they'd been drinking earlier that evening.
