Kentucky Tax Credit

KENTUCKY- Kentucky's governor is encouraging people to take advantage of the federal earned income tax credit.

Steve Beshear says the credit is one of the best tools in fighting poverty.

He's encouraging low and middle income residents to apply.

Workers who earn up to 41 thousand dollars may be eligible.

If you need help filling out your taxes nearly two hundred free tax preparation sites will be set up throughout Kentucky.
