Anthony Watts Died

CARTERVILLE--A Carterville man whose plane crashed in Missouri earlier this month, has died. Family members say 46-year-old Anthony Watts passed away at 4:30 a.m. at St. Louis University Hospital.

On October 8th, Watts' plane went down on his way to work at the Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Festus, Missouri.

Watts never regained consciousness after the accident.

Funeral arraignments are still pending.

Friends of the Watts family have set up a donation fund at the Old National Bank in Carterville to help pay hospital bills.
