Riley Makes Finals at Olympic Trials

Eugene, OR. -- Herrin high jumper Zack Riley advanced to the high jump finals at the United States Olympic Trials Saturday afternoon in Eugene, Oregon.

Riley cleared the bar at seven feet one-half inch. He also cleared the opening mark of six-feet, 10 inches. Zack missed all three attempts at seven feet, one and three-quarter inches.

Riley is tied for 11th with two others. The top 12 advanced to Monday's finals. The top three out of Monday's group will represent the United States at the London Olympics.
