Logan Wins Own Spring Invitational

MARION -- John A. Logan College won its own men's Spring Invitational at Kokopelli, beating Rend Lake by 15 strokes in the two-day event.

Logan followed Sunday's round of 299 with a 304 Monday to finish at 603.  Despite the windy conditions, Rend Lake shaved 16 strokes off Sunday's 317 to take second place at 618.  Parkland was third at 621, with Mott College fourth at 669.  Five teams cancelled due to weather.

Vols' sophomore Connor Graves finished with a three over 147 to take the individual title by two strokes over teammate Adam Woolley.
