Arkansas Man Charged with Poplar Bluff Murder

POPLAR BLUFF -- An Arkansas man is behind bars on murder charges in connection with the death of Tiffani Noles.
Jeremy Winkle was arrested in Jonesboro, Arkansas Tuesday afternoon. Investigators announced Tuesday morning they were looking for Winkle and a second man, Kyle "Brandon" Hollis, as persons of interest in Noles' death. She was found strangled in a Poplar Bluff apartment Monday night. Hollis was taken into custody in Cardwell, Missouri.
Authorities say after interviewing Hollis, there is no evidence to indicate he was involved in Noles' death. Winkle is being held on first degree murder charges. His bond is set at $250,000.

POPLAR BLUFF -- An autopsy for Tiffani Noles, 28, of Paragould, Arkansas, was conducted Tuesday. Police say the cause of death is strangulation.

POPLAR BLUFF -- Poplar Bluff Police says both persons of interest - Jeremy Winkle and Kyle Hollis - are now in custody.
POPLAR BLUFF -- Authorities in Poplar Bluff are looking for two men in connection with a homicide investigation.
Jeremy Allen Winkle, 28, and Kyle B. Hollis, 30, both of Paragould, Arkansas, are described as persons of interest in the case.
Poplar Bluff Police were called to an apartment on South Broadway for a report of a death around 9:30 p.m. Monday. Officers discovered the body of a woman later identified as Tiffani Leigh Noles, 28, of Paragould, Arkansas. An autopsy for Noles is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
