HARRISBURG -- SIC hosted the United State Collegeiate Archery Association 3D North Regional Saturday.

What's unique about the USCAA is that there are not different divisions for two and four year schools, meaning SIC archers can compete against archers from say Michigan State.

The event was originally scheduled to be spread across two days, but with storms in the forecast for Sunday, organizers went went both rounds Saturday.

The archers moved through a course with 20 different 3D archery targets at varying distances.

Harrisburg's Aaron Head is ranked second in the nation in the men's bow hunter division. He won his division with SIC teammates Jordan Walker and Josh Bailey from Carrier Mills finishing second and fourth respectively.

The USCAA National Tournament will be at the University of Missouri in two weeks.
