JOHNSTON CITY -- The Johnston City Indians easily took care of Elverado-Trico Friday night, 46-0.

Johnston City (3-1) scored early and often on the Falcons. Jory Kee scored the game's first touchdown just seconds into the game. After Elverado-Trico (0-4) fumbled the ensuing kickoff, the Indians recovered and scored on the very next play. Levi Tanner found Jake Davison giving the Indians 14 points in just 15 seconds.

Josh Woodhall added another score late in the first quarter to extend the lead to 21-0.

Johnston City went on to win, 46-0. The Indians play Chester next week at home and Elverado-Trico welcomes Vienna-Goreville.
