Murphysboro Pulls Even With Benton

MURPHYSBORO -- It was all about pink Tuesday night at Murphysboro. The Red Devils held their annual Pink Out Game for breast cancer awareness--taking on River to River--Ohio rival Benton.

The Rangerettes watched a seven point lead disappear in the opening game before fighting off two game points to win 27-25.

The Red Devils controlled the second game taking it 25-17, then completed the comeback by winning the third, 25-21.

With the win, Murphysboro moves into a first place in the Ohio with Benton. Both teams are 4-1 in conference play.
