Back To School: Healthy Lunch Tips
MARION -- As students head back to school, making healthy choices in the cafeteria are important. There are things parents can do to help with the process.
Dr. Shireesha Sangineni from Heartland Family Medicine says they should lead by example. Replace chips and sweets with fresh fruits and vegetables. She also suggests cutting the soda and other sugary drinks and drinking water or milk instead.
