The Secret to Success
WSIL -- What is the secret of success? Some new research suggests it could be as simple as getting up early in the morning.
The University of Education in Germany did the study, and it found that people who are more successful, happier, healthier, and accomplished, all start their day early.
Experts tell Forbes there are a few things that morning people do to set themselves up right for all their success. They exercise. They spend time in the morning laying out their schedule , with specific goals for the day. They eat a healthy breakfast. They maintain their mental health by focusing on positive thinking, and they tackle parts of their to-do list early in the day, crossing the big tasks off the list first.
Before we get too down on night owls, experts tell Inc. Magazine that there are some benefits to staying up late.
Night owls are apparently more creative and extroverted. The good news is if you want to become a morning person, the professor who conducted this research says you can gradually change to become one.
