CNN -- Don't look down, but two base jumpers in Dubai have broken a world record.  They jumped from the top of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

They're not the first to base jump from the tower, but they had a special platform built to add an extra 500 feet. That enabled them to break the world record.

The pair jumped from roughly 2,700 feet.
