Unusual Baby Gifts
WSIL -- Sometimes new parents have fears about bringing a child into the world. But there are plenty of products out there to help.
We found some really odd ones. We're not sure if these will add anything to the experience of raising kids, but they sure look like fun.
The Bathroom Babykeeper costs $40 and is an infant carrier style seat. The device hangs from the stall wall in most public restrooms, and can also be used in many public fitting rooms and locker rooms.
No family should be without the poop alarm. The alarm attaches to a diaper and lets parents know if the baby has gone to the bathroom with sounds and a blinking LED light.
Zaky Hand Pillow
You can give your baby that cuddled feeling anytime with the Zaky. It's a giant hand shaped ergonomic pillow. It was originally designed to comfort, support, and protect premature babies that had to be away from their mother in the hospital. But now it can be used for all babies. Place it in the drier for a couple of minutes to warm it and give it a more realistic feel.
The Po-Knee has had some national recognition after winning a contest on Oprah. It was part of the Million Dollar idea challenge. The plush pony slips over an adult's knee and provides entertainment for a growing baby. It takes bouncing the child on your knee to a whole new level.
