DU QUOIN -- The 91st annual Du Quoin State Fair starts today and organizers say it's bigger and better than ever.
Spokesperson, Shannon Woodworth, says there's something for everyone during the eleven day celebration. He adds, "The fair has more than $500,000 dollars worth of free entertainment."
Free shows include performances by Uncle Kracker, Gretchen Wilson and Darryl Worley.
Some other highlights this year include country stars Billy Currington, Sawyer Brown and Montgomery Gentry.
Theory of a Deadman and Kansas will also entertain the crowd at the Grandstand.
