BENTON -- A hospital in Franklin County is using a brightly lit tree to raise money for new medical equipment.

For the second year in a row the Franklin Hospital Auxillary is holding the Tree of Life Campaign.

The fundraiser is geared toward raising money for the hospital through donations made in memory of loved ones.

The Auxiliary hopes each light on the tree will represent a donation from someone in the community by the end of the holiday season.

Committee members are aiming to raise $10,000 during this year's campaign.
