Winter Heating Assistance Now Available

WSIL -- If you need help paying your heating bill this winter, local agencies are now taking applications.

The state low income energy assistance program, LIHEAP, started setting appointments today. The first two months are reserved for low income seniors and the disabled. Then in early November, all needy families can apply for help.
