MCLEANSBORO -- A traffic stop in McLeansboro ended with three arrests after police found meth labs in the car.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday. A McLeansboro police officer had pulled the vehicle over for a stop sign violation but then discovered two "shake and bake" meth labs inside.
Police say Kristy R. Potts, 31, of Eldorado, Brandon D. Harris, 31, of Wayne City, and a 16-year-old male from Wayne City were arrested on multiple drug-related charges, including possession of meth and participation in meth manufacturing.
Potts and Harris were taken to the White County Jail. The 16-year-old was sent to the Franklin County Juvenile Justice Center in Benton.
Hamilton County State's Attorney Justin Hood says Potts is being held on $75,000 bond and Harris on $150,000 bond. All three are set to make court appearances on Monday.
