HARRISBURG--  A Harrisburg woman is scheduled to be sentenced  for identify theft.

Kimberly Ital pleaded guilty to stealing tens of thousands of dollars from an elderly patients while she worked as a caretaker. She used the money to pay for cars, trips, and even her kid's college tuition.

She was supposed to learn her punishment two weeks ago, but prosecutors and the defense asked for more time after they were unable to get some court transcripts.
