Paducah Police Investigating Bank Robbery

PADUCAH-- Paducah Police are investigating a bank robbery at the First National Bank on Jefferson Street.

The robbery happened Friday afternoon around 2:20 p.m. Police say a man walked in to the bank, demanded money, then fled on foot.

The robber did not display a weapon or threaten to use weapon. Police say the robber also did not put the money in a bag. He was last seen running with cash in his hands on Jefferson Street.

Police say the suspect is a white man, that is between 5'11" to 6'2", and nearly 200 pounds. He was seen wearing a light-colored long-sleeved shirt, dark pants, dark shoes and had a mask over his face.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at (270)-444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL. Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
