CAIRO -- A federal judge has released details of the case against a man accused of killing two women during a Cairo bank robbery.

The judge unsealed a warrant that describes in detail the alleged crimes of James Watts, 30.  He's charged with attempted armed bank robbery resulting in death.

The warrant indicates that during a standoff with police, Watts allegedly asked them if the victims were dead. When police said they were still alive, they say Watts answered they were dead because he, "made sure of it."

Watts also called his mother during the standoff and allegedly said, "I killed that woman."
