PERRY CO. -- Food made in Illinois is in the spotlight at the DuQuoin State Fair.

The Illinois Food and Wine show is back for its eighth year. Companies from southern Illinois and across the state are at the Expo Hall giving away free samples. They're also selling their local products.

"Being from central Illinois, I really didn't have much exposure down in this area," said Clarence "Happy" Ethington with the Oakland Noodle Company. "But this has been a big help to me by getting my product familiar with the public."

If you want to check out some of the food, it's not too late. The Expo will continue Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
